This is to notify you the Open Enrollment for the Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) Health Insurance Plan offered by Infinity Resources is January 22, 2020 through February 21, 2020. Any changes made during Open Enrollment will be effective starting March 1, 2020

During Open Enrollment, Infinity Resources employees will have the ability to take the following actions regarding their heath insurance:

  • Employees can enroll (if not currently enrolled)
  • Add/Remove Dependents
  • Change plans
  • Opt out of any or all plans currently enrolled in

Make Changes to Your Coverage

To make changes to your coverage, stop into your local Infinity Resource’s office and complete a new enrollment form, or click here.

Please Note: if you want to maintain your current coverage status, you do not need to do anything.
