Karen Paszko

Karen Paszko brings extensive experience in accounting, finance, tax preparation, payroll, and business operations. Throughout her career, she has worked with businesses across Pennsylvania, New York, and Ohio, providing hands-on financial and administrative support to owners, executives, managers, and accounting teams.

As Chief Administrative Officer and Treasurer for Infinity Resources, Karen oversees accounting and operational processes across multiple companies, offices, and states. Her experience includes accounts payable and receivable, payroll and payroll tax reporting, W-2 and 1099 preparation, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, budgeting, month- and year-end closings, P&L review, and income tax preparation and filing.

Karen’s broad financial and operational background allows her to provide practical, personalized support to businesses and individuals. She is experienced with QuickBooks, Sage, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Dynamics, and a variety of accounting and financial management systems.
